Your Role as a Lead Educator

As a valued member of our team, you will work alongside experienced Educators and the Centre Manager to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences.

About the Role

• Plan and implement interactive learning activities.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children's growth and development.
• Build strong meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
• Support children's independence, problem-solving, and social skills.
• Contribute to team meetings and collaborating on educational programs.
• Assist with documentation and daily administration tasks.

About You:

• A passion for working with children and fostering their learning journey.
• An ACECQA-approved qualification (Diploma in Early Childhood Education).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children aged 0-6 years old is preferred.
• Valid First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Training.
• Working with Children Check, National Police Check (not more than 6 months old).
• Australian working rights.
