About Thrive ELC, Picton Ourbrand-new, purpose-built centrein the Macarthur region of South West Sydney is ready to welcome you! Licensed forup to 64 childrenfrom6 weeks to 5 years, we operateMonday to Friday, 7am β 6pm, offering a warm, inviting space where children thrive.
About the Role Weβre looking for afully qualified educatorto lead aroomof educators. If you have a drive forprogramming, inspiring children, and fostering a positive learning culture, this role is perfect for you!
Youβll join asupportive, innovative teamwhere your voice is valued, your ideas matter, and your leadership will make a real difference.
Your Responsibilities:
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Deliver high-quality practice aligned with theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Collaborate positively with all team members
Maintain effective communication with parents and carers
Contribute actively to the educational program through observation, documentation, and engagement
Weβre Looking For Someone Who Has:
A completedqualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
Acurrent NSW Employee Working With Children Check
Strong practical knowledge ofEYLFandNational Quality Standard (NQS)
