About the Role We’re looking for an inspiringRoom Leaderwho is ready to make their mark in a supportive and forward-thinking early childhood service in theSouth Brisbane area.

In this role, you will:

• Lead your room with confidence, creativity, and care
• Design and deliver engaging, high-quality programs aligned with EYLF and NQS
• Mentor and motivate your team of educators to bring out their best
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and the wider community
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and inclusive learning environment

What You’ll Bring

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
• Experience as a Room Leader or senior educator
• Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
• Leadership skills that inspire collaboration and positivity
• A true passion for helping children grow, learn, and thrive
