About the Role We are looking for a strong, nurturing, hands-on Room Leader to lead our Bumble Bees room (4–5 years). You will inspire and support a dedicated team of educators, creating meaningful experiences for curious young minds. This is a full-time role, requiring flexibility with shifts and availability to act as Responsible Person when required (open/close duties).

What We’re Looking For

-

Working towards or hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education**(essential)**

Previous experience leading a room in an early learning setting**(essential)**

Willing and able to act as Responsible Person when required

Flexible with shifts: availability across operating hours

Valid WA Working with Children Check

Full Australian working rights
