Your role:

As a Room Leader, you will be the heartbeat of your classroom — guiding your team of educators, fostering strong relationships with families, and delivering engaging, play-based programs that meet the needs of every child in your care.

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care(or equivalent, ACECQA approved) – Essential
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Educator in an early learning setting
• A deep understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) for SA, First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection Training
• Full, unrestricted working rights
