**KKTC Education (Provider No 40636)**is a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in the delivery of CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
Since opening the college in 2013, KKTC (RTO 40636) has quickly grown to be a market leader in Early Childhood Education and Care training in Australia.

Unlike other colleges that offer many vocational courses, we are niche and only deliver the two qualifications:
CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
By remaining committed to specialising in Early Childhood Education and Care, we believe we have a unique offering in the training market.
We are now looking to attract into the college a Traineeship Coordinator and Office Adminstrator to work at our new campus at Queen Street Village in Southport on the Gold Coast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Traineeship Coordination
Coordinate inbound traineeship administration and associated documentation:
Maintain strong relationships with Apprenticeship Network Consultants, Centre Managers, and other stakeholders.
Continuously improve the traineeship process, seeking innovation opportunities.
Collaborate with the CEO to identify RTO growth opportunities.
Serve as the main point of contact for traineeship support, answering queries from trainers and Centre Managers.
2. First Aid Course Coordination
Plan and manage all logistics for First Aid courses:
Develop and maintain a 12-month schedule.
Book training rooms, manage contracts, and coordinate bond payments.
Confirm dates with First Aid instructors.
Arrange equipment delivery for each session as required.
Monitor student numbers in collaboration with the team.
Liaise with stakeholders regarding amendments, date changes, and requirements.
Ensure all First Aid courses are delivered compliantly and efficiently in tandem with internal management teams.
Identify and implement process improvements and innovations in First Aid delivery.
3. General Student Services/Compliance and Office Administration
Provide administrative support, including:
Supporting QLD cancellations and completions file audits.
Signing and submitting SRTOs and entering data into IMS.
Processing QLD User Choice and VIC enrolments.
Conducting AISS searches for QLD enrolments.
Following up with students for documents needed for enrolments.
Answering phones and assisting with student enquiries.
Updating organisation details in the RTO's CRM.
Manage office supplies (stationery, kitchen items, photocopier maintenance) and organise maintenance services to keep the office neat and functional.
Support trainers with ad hoc marketing collateral dispatch, uniform distribution, and RTO resources.
Provide occasional assistance to the Student Services team with inbound phone traffic and funding eligibility queries.
4. Events and Awards Coordination
Coordinate special events and staff engagement activities:
Liaise with regional heads to determine event preferences and coordinate bookings with vendors.
Draft and distribute event instructions/invitations and manage approvals where needed.
Collaborate with the CEO on award submissions.
Coordinate the RTOβs attendance at education expos with the Product and Channel Manager.
Essential Criteria:

Preferable (but not essential) to have office administration, inbound and outbound call experience, and ideally a familiarity with the vocational training sector (altough not essential).
