About the Role:

We are seeking aDiploma-qualified Educatorwho is enthusiastic, nurturing, and dedicated to fostering each child's learning and wellbeing. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals in a collaborative environment that values diversity, inclusion, and creativity.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement engaging learning experiences based on children's interests and development

Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Support the team in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment

Reflect on practice and contribute to continuous improvement

Ensure all documentation, observations, and planning align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

What You Need:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Current Working With Children Check

First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)

Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS

Positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
