About the role:

We are seeking a full time Senior Educator for our toddler room. You will act as a mentor to a team of educators, fostering a collaborative culture where all educators, families and children’s voices are heard and valued. As a knowledgeable and experienced educator, you will also:

Create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development

Lead your team in the planning, assessment, and evaluation cycle in the toddler room

Lead your team in the development and evaluation of children’s individual learning plans

Guide your team to respond to families' requests and the children’s needs to create a thriving, inclusive learning environment

Lead and participate in scheduled learning conversations with families to facilitate collaboration in setting and evaluating learning goals

About you:

Diploma qualification

Experience working as a lead educator within an early learning centre is highly desirable.

Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance for South Australia

First Aid ACECQA approved qualification – HTLAID012 (or willing to obtain)

Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse, and Neglect – Education and Care (or willing to obtain)
