Weβre looking for a Team Leader to join our Robina swim school and help deliver safe, fun and engaging lessons to our local community. No prior aquatics experience is needed, you just need to bring the energy, drive and can- do attitude.

What Youβll Be Doing
- Supporting a team of swimming instructors
- Creating a warm, welcoming experience for families and kids
- Helping with scheduling, enrolments, and day-to-day swim school operations
- Leading by example on customer service and teamwork
- Learning how to deliver safe, high-quality swim lessons
What Youβll Bring
- A background in retail, hospitality, childcare, or customer service
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
- Organisational smarts and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for kids and the community
- A willingness to get qualified in swim instruction and first aid β we'll help get you started
