Afternoon shifts: 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, during school terms and equivalent weekly hours during school holidays . Plusadmin timewith times that work for you. Total 44 hours per fortnight. Permanent Part time.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Team Leader, you'll set the tone for a positive, inclusive, and child-focused environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading a small, passionate team of educators

Delivering engaging programs aligned with theMy Time, Our Placeframework

Building strong, respectful relationships with children and families

Supporting children’s confidence, wellbeing, and independence

Managing compliance, safety, and daily operations with care and clarity

About You

You're a natural leader who brings:

At least 2 years’ experienceworking with primary school-aged children (OSHC, education, sport, drama or similar)

Confidence in leading a team and coordinating daily routines

Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

A commitment to best practice, inclusion, and continuous learning

You'll need to hold

Working With Children Check

A cleared Police Check

First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification

Child Protection Training
