You’ll lead exciting, high-impact projects including:

• Redesigning our organisational structure to support career growth, succession planning and strong quality practices at the centre level.
• Implementing a new roster system.
• Strengthening child-safe recruitment and onboarding.
• Supporting the development of our Early Education Strategy.

What You'll Do:

You’ll mentor Centre Directors, lead workforce planning and drive initiatives that improve the employee value proposition.

You’ll also:

• Lead workforce management processes including rostering, payroll, return to work and recruitment.
• Maintain compliance with National Quality Standards (Quality Area 4 & 7).
• Provide leadership in policy development and change management.

What You'll Bring:

• A degree in Early Education and/or Management/Business.
• Experience in workforce planning.
• Substantial experience in leadership roles.
• Substantial leadership experience in the Early Education & Care sector.
• Deep knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills.
• A collaborative spirit and a passion for empowering others.

• Package:$117,242 - $129,637 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation and an award vehicle allowance of $10,780 gross p.a.
• **Hours of work:**Temporary Full Time, working 35 hours per week. You will have the option of a 19 day month through Council’s flex system.Position is expected to be available up to December 2026.
