We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic trainee educator to join our fantastic team at Honeybears.

Honeybears operates three services, located in Sylvania.

Honeybears Junior is a 30 place, ‘Exceeding’ rated purpose-built centre for children aged 0-3 years.

Honeybears Early Learning Centre is a 39 place, 'Exceeding' rated, award-winning long day care centre. Honeybears is a well regarded established centre, serving the community for over 15 years.

Honeybears Kankinya is an 'Exceeding' rated 38 place, fully renovated, purpose built service, located in Sylvania Waters, for children aged 0-5years.

All services offer the best in Early Childhood Education for children aged 0-6 years.

Our team of educators are highly qualified and experienced in Early Childhood Education, which is an exemplary working environment for the successful applicants.

Honeybears is a beautiful, Reggio inspired, natural environment that is well maintained and resourced. Our staff:child ratios are very high allowing for high-quality interactions with children. This, combined with daily contracted cleaners, ensures that our educators are spending more quality time with the children and developing the program.

Educator Requirements:

We are seeking full-time or part-time educators with the following attributes:

Trainee Position

Highly motivated

Good verbal and written communication skills

Immaculate presentation

Fun, happy, caring personality

Reliable and dependable

Strong team player

Position will be ongoing-not just a 12 month contract

As a trainee, you will be rewarded with a full time permanent long term position with all course fees paid for.
