Traineeship in Early Childhood Education Are you passionate about working with children and eager to start a rewarding career in early childhood education? This is the perfect opportunity to learn and earn at the same time. As a trainee, you will:

Work alongside experienced educators to support children’s learning and development.

Assist in planning and setting up engaging learning environments.

Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Undertake formal study to gain your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

No prior qualifications are required—just a passion for teaching, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to completing your studies.

Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) We are looking for a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will:

Lead and implement an educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Support and mentor educators to deliver high-quality practice.

Build strong, collaborative partnerships with families and the wider community.

Contribute to the centre’s philosophy of creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.

To be successful, you must hold an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
