The opportunity

Due to our business expansion, an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Trainer & Assessor for Early Childhood Education and Care has opened to join our friendly team. We will be launching*our training division -Aroha College soonand we are seekingIndustry expert, Certificate IV 40116 Training and Assessment qualified mentors,to join our growing team to work with ourEarly Childhood Education*qualification.

We are looking for open minded, motivated, loyal and dedicated Trainer to join our high performing team and help us grow on aFull-time basis.

Our CHC30121 Qualification will be delivered as follows:

**Face-to-Face Training -**Classroom-based, face-to-face training sessions will be delivered

Self-paced online components

About you:

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a higher qualification in adult education or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with:

TAEASS502A/TAEASS502B/TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools; and

TAELLN401A/TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills

HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting

CHC50121 - Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

CHC30121 - Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain if successful)

Demonstrated minimum 3 years’ industry experience

National Police Clearance
