Trainer/Assessor - ECEC

What we need

APT is seeking an Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) Trainer/Assessor to deliver Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30121) and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50121) . This opportunity is perfect for a dynamic and adaptable Trainer/Assessor who is interested in providing industry training on an as-needed basis , or to dedicate their time to helping train and support new industry entrants.

Key duties of the role will include:

Provide quality training and assessment services to students in line with RTO policies and procedures and undertake business development relative to ECEC services.

Delivering training programs that meet industry standards and accreditation requirements:

**Visitations -**As part of the program, monthly visits will be conducted with students to support on-the-job training and undertake assessment activities.

**Face-to-Face Training -**Classroom-based, face-to-face training sessions will be delivered to complement workplace learning and provide structured theoretical instruction.

What you need

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment within the most recent 2 reviews of the TAE qualification, or a TAE skill set

At least 2+ years’ experience in the ECEC industry as a Trainer/Assessor

Driver’s License, WWC, Police Clearance and First Aid Certificate

Business Development skills

Can do attitude and willingness to work in a team environment

Strong time management and interpersonal skills
