An opportunity is now available for a face-to-face on campus sessional or part-time permanent trainers and Assessors to join our national training team inMelbourne CBD. We are looking for candidates who will be able to deliver and assess our business and health care courses such as:
Diploma of E-Commerce
Advanced Diploma of Marketing Automation
Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
Advanced Diploma of Program Management
Advanced Diploma of Information Technology
Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Ageing Support
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
The successful candidate must have the following experience, knowledge and skills:
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification or higher
Relevant Vocational Qualifications and competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed
Current industry experience which demonstrates the relevant vocational competencies
Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning
Ability to translate industry experience into quality training
Highly developed interpersonal skills that can engage people from a variety of backgrounds
Well organised with outstanding time management skills
Ability to work collegially and autonomously
Minimum 2 years relevant industry training experience
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Good understanding of training packages and the ability to deliver training content in a flexible learning environment
Well versed with Standards for RTO's 2015
Willingness to contribute to resource development and participate in assessment validation activities
You must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen to apply for this position. You must also have a current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
For the health courses, you must be able to travel to complete student work placement assessments.
