• Payment of applicable fees for premium listings

5. Childcare Sector Compliance

All users must ensure compliance with:

• National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Working with Children Check requirements
• Early Childhood Teacher registration where applicable
• First Aid and CPR certification requirements

All content on this platform, except user-generated content, is the property of Childcare Jobs Australia. Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us a license to use it on our platform.

8. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Standard job postings: $74 (30 days)
• Featured job postings: $124 (30 days with premium placement)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users.
