You will be supported by a boutique Operations team and a very supportive Approved Provider.

We prefer you to have operational experience and be an advocate for the highest quality care and education for our children, whilst supporting families and the local community, we would love to support you if you feel you have got the passion and skills to grow.

Role will consist of assisting director in the office, educational leading ( 3 days off the floor) and on the floor as the need arises, 37.5hrs per week

Relevant qualifications and certificates required including: Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor qualifications, Working with Children Checks, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, Police Checks etc… and relevant experience preferred.

Skill sets required:

Time management and communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience as 2IC preferred

Experience as Educational Leader preferred

A commitment to best practice and early years learning

Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to mentoring team members.

An understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law & Regulations and the Assessment and Rating Process.

An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.

A commitment to ongoing professional learning and personal growth.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
