Work alongside an experienced Centre Manager who will mentor and support your development, helping you flourish as a leader. We need someone who can lead from the floor when needed, foster an inclusive, high-performing culture, and inspire exceptional early learning outcomes.

In this role, you’ll:

What we’re looking for:

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Proven leadership experience—or readiness to step into a Centre Manager role

Strong operational knowledge of the NQF, regulations, and quality standards

A collaborative, energetic team player who leads by example

Willingness to work on the floor and support educators day-to-day

Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, and relevant ACT clearances
