About the Role As a Diploma Educator, you’ll play a vital leadership and practice role within the team. As a supporting team member you will be afforded the opportunity to work alongside others sharing your knowledge and experience to ensure children have the best possible learning environments and outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Support and mentor Certificate III educators and trainees

Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families

Ensure compliance with the National Law and Regulations

Promote child safety and uphold the Victorian Child Safe Standards

Collaborate in QIP planning and service improvements

Contribute to orientation and family engagement practices

What We’re Looking For

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training

Understanding of child development and contemporary pedagogy

Strong leadership, communication, and team mentoring skills

A proactive, reflective, and values-driven approach

A strong understanding of child protection and child safety principles

Desirable

Experience as a supporting team member

Familiarity with platforms such as Storypark or 1Place

Experience with trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice
