As an Assistant Qualified Early Years Educator, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping these precious early experiences, supporting children to reach their full potential while learning and developing alongside a passionate, committed team.

In this role you’ll
Support educators and teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive programs that nurture curiosity, creativity and a sense of belonging in young learners.
Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families, ensuring every voice is heard, respected and celebrated.
Contribute to safe, stimulating and well-organised learning environments where children can thrive every day.
Collaborate closely with colleagues, sharing ideas and supporting one another to deliver high-quality education and care.
We’re seeking educators with availability for a minimum of three full days weekly.

$36.43 - $38.57 per hour + 25% casual loading + 12% super + time in lieu

To thrive in this role
You’ll hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), with a Diploma highly regarded.
You’ll bring experience in Early Years settings, along with a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning and development.
You’ll be adaptable, collaborative and committed to providing care that reflects the diverse needs of our community.
A current Working with Children Check and Police Check are essential, with a VIT registration also accepted.
