About the Opportunity

We’re a well-established,family-owned businesssupplying products and services to early learning centres and kindergartens across Melbourne, Geelong and the Mornington Peninsula. Known for ourpersonal service and long-standing client relationships, we’re now looking for aBusiness Development Executiveto help us expand our presence in the early childhood education space.

This role offers flexibility (full-time or part-time), autonomy, and the chance to work with a supportive, close-knit team based inMoorabbin.

What You’ll Be Doing

-

Developing new business opportunities across Victoria’s childcare sector

Building strong, long-term relationships with centre directors and educators

Managing and growing an existing client base

Collaborating with our internal team to deliver personalised solutions

Representing our brand at sector events, conferences, and meetings

What You’ll Bring

-

Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development or saleswithin thechildcare or early education sector

Proven results and strong industry networks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, self-motivated approach

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Highly regarded: ✔ Experience as a Centre Director or Early Childhood Educator
