We are on the look out for our next passionate leader at our Southbank campus. This service is located in the heart of the city, close to our VIC support office. Our dedicated team of Educators and passionate Assistant Director are looking forward to welcoming a new Centre Director.

OAC Southbank is a beautiful, purpose-built Early Learning campus designed to create a warm, welcoming and engaging environment for children, families and Educators. The campus is licenced for 115 children and you will work towards occupancy targets alongside a supportive Operations lead.

You will receive all the support and tools from our wonderful operations, quality and pedegogy teams to enable you to succeed in this position.

Centre Director Opportunity

You will be joining us at an exciting time, as we have just rolled out our Centre Director Training Program. This initiative supports our leaders in becoming the "CEO of their Campus", empowering them with the tools, mentorship, and autonomy to make a real impact. You will manage the operations of the campus with a focus on five key pillars; People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Financial Performance.
