📚 About the Role

As anEarly Childhood Educator, you will:

Create safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environments

Design and deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning programs

Observe and document developmental progress

Build strong relationships with children and families

Ensure compliance with early childhood standards and regulations

What You’ll Need

-

Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

Valid Working With Children Check

First Aid Certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis training

We’d Love to See:

Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Understanding of National Quality Standards (NQS)

Passion for inclusive, culturally responsive teaching

A team mindset with creativity, initiative, and a reflective approach

Confidence using digital tools for documentation and learning
