What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality care and engaging educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years

Implementing the centre's curriculum and programming to support children's developmental needs

Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children

Collaborating with the team to ensure the smooth running of the centre

Actively participating in professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education (Diploma or Cert 111 , or a willingness to work towards them. ( Working towards Bachelor of Education as the Second ECT.)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and the team

Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the changing needs of the centre

A genuine desire to contribute to the growth and development of the children in our care
