Wildflowers Early Learning Daytonis seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Cook to join our new team. This part-time position ( over 5 days) offers a wonderful opportunity to create nutritious and delicious meals for the children in our care which will be prepared in our commercial kitchen. What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, prepare, and serve healthy, balanced meals and snacks for the children attending our service.

• Ensure all food preparation and storage meet health and safety regulations.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.

• Collaborate with the educators and families to accommodate dietary requirements, allergies, and preferences.

• Monitor stock levels and manage supplier relationships to maintain pantry supplies.

👩‍🍳About You:

Minimum12 months’ experienceworking in aChild Care Service Kitchen(essential)

Food Safety Supervisor certification(essential)

Knowledge of safe food handling practices and dietary requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Warm, organised, and reliable with a passion for creating healthy meals for children
