Your Role:

In this exciting leadership role, you will:

Build & Inspire– Oversee the setup of the centre, recruit and lead a passionate team, and foster a thriving workplace culture.

Shape Young Minds– Create a vibrant and inclusive early learning environment that nurtures every child’s development.

Drive Growth– Build meaningful relationships with families and the community, while achieving and maintaining high occupancy.

Uphold Excellence– Ensure the highest standards of compliance, safety, and educational quality are consistently met.

What You Bring:

At least 2 years of leadership experience in early childhood education (e.g. Centre Director or similar).

A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and early childhood best practices.

Current certifications: WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection Training.
