About the Organisation We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Centre Director / Centre Manager to lead a newly built, beautifully resourced early learning centre. This is your chance to thrive in a collaborative environment, surrounded by the people and tools you need to succeed.

In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to lead with confidence, supported by an experienced and approachable Area Manager who provides guidance without micromanaging. You’ll also have the daily support of a full-time Assistant Director who shares operational responsibilities, and a dedicated Educational Leader who drives programming and curriculum — allowing you to focus on what you do best: inspiring your team and leading with vision.

Management Responsibilities

• Mentoring and team management in early childhood
• Sound understanding of the Early Learning Years Framework
• Sound understanding of service compliance
• Experience in staff rostering
• Qikkids software or similar
• Strong understanding and experience in performance management
• Experience in financial reporting and budgeting
• Building a positive partnership with families

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma of Children Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised),
• MUSThave at least 2-3 years full time experience as a centre director capacity or higher in a medium size service
• Current WWCC or VIT
• Updated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma
• High Level of written and verbal communication
• Strong understanding and application in staff management
• MUSThave Full working rights in Australia
