About the Organisation We’re seeking a passionate and experienced leader to guide a brand-new, beautifully built service set to open soon! This is your opportunity to step into a Centre Director role where you’ll be empowered, valued, and genuinely supported.
You’ll commenceprior to the centre’s opening day, working closely with a highly experienced and approachable Area Manager to help shape the service from the ground up, and that includes cultivating a new team! Once open, you’ll be supported by a strong leadership team, including a full-time off the floor Assistant Director who shares daily responsibilities and a dedicated Educational Leader focused on programming and curriculum.

Management Responsibilities
- Mentoring and team management
- Sound understanding of the Early Learning Years Framework
- Sound understanding of service compliance
- Experience in staff rostering
- Qikkids software or similar
- Strong understanding and experience in performance management
- Experience in financial reporting and budgeting
- Building a positive partnership with families
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma of Children Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised),
- MUSThave at least 2-3 years full time experience as a centre director capacity or higher in a medium size service
- Current WWCC or VIT
- Updated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma
- High Level of written and verbal communication
- Strong understanding and application in staff management
- MUSThave Full working rights in Australia
