✨The Role

As our Centre Director and Educational Leader, you’ll wear two important hats — leading the day-to-day operations of the centre while also guiding our educational programs and practices.

You’ll:

Support and mentor a passionate team of educators

Ensure our curriculum and practices reflect the EYLF and NQS

Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the wider community

Keep everything running smoothly — from compliance to rosters to family engagement

Lead with vision, warmth, and a strong sense of purpose

We're searching for an experienced leader who brings both professionalism and heart to everything they do.

You’ll need:

ADiplomaorEarly Childhood Teaching qualification(ACECQA approved)

Acurrent Working With Children Check

First Aidcertificate with Asthma & Anaphylaxis training

Strong knowledge of theEYLF,NQS, andChild Protection legislation

Previous experience as aCentre Director and/or Educational Leader

Skills in leading and mentoring a team, compliance and admin, and family communication

Experience with:

Assessment & Rating and ongoing quality improvement

Programming and reflective practice

Day-to-day operations

Creating inclusive environments and supporting RAP/SAP goals

Being hands-on and leading by example on the floor
