Join our supportive Early Childhood community for a full-time position in a high-performing service. We seek a Centre Director with multiple years of experience running extensive services, typically 110 to 120+ in size.

Job role:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe, engaging environment.

• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and support staff, conducting performance evaluations and fostering teamwork.

• Program Development: Create educational programs that support children's development, ensuring inclusivity and alignment with best practices.

• Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and the community, addressing concerns promptly.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations, maintaining accurate records.

• Child Wellbeing: Promote the safety and emotional well-being of all children, implementing health protocols and monitoring development.

• Administrative Duties: Manage enrolment, billing, and scheduling while preparing necessary reports.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on trends in early childhood education and encourage professional development among staff.
