Position Overview
Based at our Rockdale centre, which caters for 79 children across five rooms, youโll join a passionate team delivering exceptional early learning experiences. With purpose-built facilities and engaging programs, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of educators, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and a high-performing culture.
Oversee day-to-day operations, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance and high-quality standards.
Develop and deliver engaging, holistic learning programs that support childrenโs growth and curiosity.
Prioritise health, safety, and wellbeing, creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Build strong relationships with families and the community, promoting involvement and the centreโs values.
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Proven experience managing a centre with at least 50 licensed places, including a minimum of 2 years in a Centre Director role within an early childhood setting.
Current paid Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and a National Police Check issued within the last 6 months.
Strong knowledge of childcare regulations, compliance standards, and National Quality Standards.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
