**Position:**Centre Director – Early Learning Centre **Location:**Killarney Heights Schedule:Full-time (5 days a week) Salary:$110K–$140K + Attractive KPI Bonuses + super Service Size:120 places (Currently 40% occupancy – huge potential for you to grow with the service!) • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education(or ACECQA-assessed equivalent) or open to experiencedDiploma
• Minimum 2 years experienceas a strong 2ic or Director
• Strong background in recruitment, rostering, and team leadership
• Proven ability to grow occupancy and build centre reputation
• Deep knowledge of EYLF and NQS frameworks
• Excellent communication skillsand a collaborative, visionary mindset
