What you’ll be doing

Leading, mentoring, and supporting an amazing team of educators

Keeping our centre running smoothly – from enrolments to compliance

Building strong partnerships with families and the local community

Driving quality and continuous improvement in everything we do

What makes you perfect for this role

2+ years in a leadership role within Early Childhood Education

An ECT qualification or Diploma

A genuine passion for inspiring people and delivering high-quality education

Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards
