Centre Manager

About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our service, ensuring it runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). You will be responsible for:

Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of educators.

Building strong, positive relationships with families and the community.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and service policies.

Driving continuous improvement and supporting the delivery of high-quality educational programs.

Managing budgets, staffing, and enrolments effectively.

About You

You are an inspiring and approachable leader with a genuine passion for early childhood education and care. You will bring:

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification).

Proven leadership experience in a childcare/early learning service (min 2 years experience in this role)

Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Current Working With Children Check.

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
