Centre Manager

KinderPark Early Learning is opening in Byford!

Our beautiful new centre is near completion, and we are looking for a full-time Centre Manager/Director to join our group and be part of the next phase, securing our People. You will be part of recruiting your core team and getting the centre ready for meeting our first families. You will be supported by a project team and be provided training on the job.

During build-up and beyond - the Centre Manager plays a key role, leading their team so that they consistently offer a safe and high-quality service to our children and families, as well as the day-to-day management of the centre.

Working in childcare can be physically and mentally demanding - you have the ability to calmly and confidently deal with multiple priorities, and are a role model for your team

You have an entrepreneurial way of thinking and take ownership of your centre goals. You are organised and have computer literacy

You have experience as a Centre Manager/Director or as an Assistant Centre Manager, or equivalent leadership experience, with the knowledge to operate in compliance with relevant regulations and legislation

You have an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Hold a current WWC and other relevant qualifications
