Star Academy Kids is seeking a dynamic Centre Manager to lead our dedicated team and uphold our commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment.

About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our service, ensuring compliance with all regulations, fostering a positive team culture, and building strong relationships with families and the community. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive quality improvements and maintain our high standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a passionate team of educators

Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and all regulatory requirements

Oversee enrolments, budgets, and staffing

Build positive relationships with families and the local community

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in teaching practice

About You

Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting

Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and regulatory compliance

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Passion for creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
