Your impact:

Mentor, encourage, and empower educators to grow in their practice and confidence

About you:

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Proven leadership experience in early childhood or long day care

A deep understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards

Strong communication and people skills, with a collaborative approach to leadership
