Job Title: Centre Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead our team at our Coolbellup service. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone with a strong background in early childhood education, excellent people management skills, and a drive to create a positive and nurturing environment for both children and staff.

• Managing the daily operations of the Centre, ensuring a safe, engaging, educational and FUN environment

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of educators to provide high-quality care and learning experiences.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the community.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience in early childhood education and leadership as center manager or 2IC .

• Xplor and Playground software experience desirable but not essential

• A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their development.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or similar) is preferred
