LEAD Childcare has a new opportunity for a Centre Manager who is passionate about committing long term to a motivated and dedicated team of Early Childhood Professionals. You will have proven experience Managing a Service and demonstrate knowledge and understanding in leading a dedicated and experienced leadership team within the Service.
We are searching for a professional who is passionate about learning and evolving as a Centre Manager, who has drive and confidence in developing and implementing innovative programs that provide outstanding learning opportunities for our Children.
You will have the ability to motivate and inspire the team to a high level of excellence and demonstrate competency in promoting and upholding respectful and effective communication with staff and families.
Our LEAD Childcare Services in Ipswich are equipped with a dedicated, reliable, professional and friendly team who take pride and enthusiasm in providing the highest quality care for the children and families. You will work alongside a team of Educators who understand the valuable role in shaping the future of our next generation. You will be supported by an experienced team of Area Managers, Business and Operations Manager and Head Office Team to ensure the daily running of the Service is always your top priority.

Leading a team of dedicated and passionate Educators to create a safe and secure environment where children are supported and encouraged to be engaged, creative and curious.
Guiding the day-to-day operations of the Centre alongside your Centre Leadership Team.
Communicate directly with our experienced and supportive Area Managers, General Manager and Approved Provider and Head Office Team.
You will participate in Quarterly Centre Manager professional development conferences and ongoing professional development to continue your ongoing learning journey.
You will be encouraged to contribute to and uphold the Vision, Mission and Philosophy of LEAD Childcare.
You will inspire a team of passionate Educators to implement quality programs and embed policies and procedures into child focussed centre practices, routines and rituals.
Create long lasting connections with our families and staff as well as the wider community.
Support the Centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.
Full two week Orientation and Induction with Key Personnel from each area.
What you will need to SUCCEED!
Must hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and care and or relevant qualifications
Current First Aid certificate (HLTAID012)
Current CPR certificate (HLTAID009)
Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Training certificate
Current Working with Children check (or Blue Card), as required under the legislation
Accredited Current Child Protection Certificate (CHCPRT025)
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Fire Safety Certificates
