💡About the Role

As Centre Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our centre’s success. You’ll oversee daily operations, lead a passionate team, and ensure we deliver an environment where children thrive, families feel supported, and educators are empowered.

🌟Your key responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations – staff management, scheduling, and program delivery

• Ensure full compliance with regulations while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment

• Take ownership of our Assessment & Rating process and showcase excellence

• Manage budgets and financials to keep the centre running smoothly

• Build strong, lasting relationships with families, staff, and the community

• Mentor and train your team to deliver the highest quality care and education

• Plan and implement engaging programs that support every stage of development

• Oversee high-quality documentation to celebrate each child’s progress

• Foster a positive workplace culture where learning is fun for everyone
