Your day-to-day will include:

Create a vibrant, welcoming space where children feel safe, curious, and inspired every day

Lead and lift your team with clarity, empathy, and vision, helping educators thrive

Drive engaging, play-based learning that sparks curiosity, creativity, and confidence

Build strong, lasting connections with families and the local community

Keep operations seamless with a sharp focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring to the role:

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and sector regulations

Proven leadership experience in early childhood education or long day care

Exceptional communication, organisation, and people skills

A leadership style rooted in empathy, integrity, and vision

Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, and WWCC
