About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity for a Centre Manager who leads with heart, vision, and operational excellence. You’ll oversee daily operations, mentor a dedicated team, and ensure our centre continues to deliver exceptional care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and support a team of educators

Ensure full compliance with NQS, EYLF, and regulatory frameworks

Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the local community

Manage rosters, enrolments, reporting, and centre administration

Uphold and promote our centre’s philosophy, policies, and values

About You

We’re looking for a leader who brings warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to quality early learning.

You’ll have:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Centre Manager or similar leadership role

Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and experience developing a QIP

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time-management abilities

A genuine passion for creating safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments
