Centre Manager

They are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and passionate Centre Manager to join their team. Their centres are family-owned and purpose-built, with outstanding facilities and a supportive Management Team.

This service is situated in the Rockingham/Peel region, approximately an hour from Perth.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

Experience as a Centre Manager

Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor's Degree in ECE

Current Working with Children Check and Police Check

Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates

Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19

A high-level understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Ability to lead and mentor a team of qualified and committed early childhood professionals

High level of verbal and written communication skills

Willingness to undertake and co-ordinate ongoing professional development training for Educators

Duties for this position will include:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with legislative requirements, company policies and procedures

Manage staffing and rosters efficiently

Provide leadership and guidance to staff

Ensure that Educators deliver high-quality early learning programs

Effectively manage the financial needs of the centre

Deliver consistent, high-quality standards for centre presentation and work practices

Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, children and the local community
