About the Role
Be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the centre in line with company policies and procedures
Be completely connected, create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
Mentor and support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
Responsible for inspiring and mentoring your team and fostering a positive and professional workplace culture
About you
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
A current Working with Childrenโs Check
Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
