Our opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and passionateCertificate III and Diploma Qualified Educatorsto join our brand new Childcare Centre on Old Cleveland Road in Camp Hill. This is a unique opportunity to have a genuine opportunity to play a critical role at Brisbane's newest and highest quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement educational programs that support children’s individual needs.

Build meaningful relationships with families and children, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all.

Assist with open and close procedures as required.

Assist with the continuous improvement of the rooms and centre.

Engage with Centre Management with activities and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

At least 2 years experience in Early Childhood Care.

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.

Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to nurturing a love of learning in children.
