We are seeking a passionate and nurturingNursery Educatorto join our team. This role is an opportunity to provide the highest quality care and education for our youngest children, ensuring they experience safe, supportive and engaging days that foster their growth and development.
About the Role As a valued member of our team, you will:
Build secure and trusting relationships with babies, toddlers and their families
Provide nurturing, attentive care that supports childrenโs wellbeing and development
Implement engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences through play and routines
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for every child
Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework, regulations and centre policies
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
A genuine passion for working with babies and toddlers
The ability to create a calm, safe and stimulating environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families and colleagues
Current Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR, and Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain)

Weekly pay || Monthly RDOโS
Hourly wages negotiable
Work life balance || Flexible rotating rosters
You will be required to work rotating shifts between 7am and 6pm on a weekly basis.
Some daily duties of this role include:
Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families
Provide nurturing care that supports childrenโs wellbeing and development
Create meaningful learning opportunities through play and daily routines
Work collaboratively with our team to deliver the highest quality outcomes for every child
