The successful applicant must have:

Recognised qualification in Cookery/Hospitality/Chef

Current Food Handling Certificate

Current Food Supervisor Certificate

Current WWCC

Strong experience with cooking meals that come from the heart and meet guidelines

Knowledge of safe hygiene practices

Experience working as a cook in a childcare Centre will be highly regarded

This role may be of interest to a Cert III qualified educator

Duties will include:

Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment

Attention to food costs including limiting waste and managing stock

Flexible to cater to a variety of dietary needs/ allergies

Preparation of nutritious meals that meet guidelines, and taste good.
