**In this role you will support our Centre Directors on leave or need of an additional set of hands across various centres.**Your commitment to leading a service on its path to exceptional quality is endless and you have the support of a dedicated team that shares your vision. You are a People Leader – you know how to get the best out of your team for the ultimate benefit to children and families.
Your portfolio of services will be located across the Hunter/Newcastle and Central Coast region.
About you:
- ACECQA Approved Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Experience with staff development & leadership, experience in a similar role required e.g., Nominated Supervisor across different services, Area Manager
- Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
- Strong computer skills
- Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Current Working with Children Check
