Centacare OSHC Service – St Mary’s Orange Part Time – 25 hours per week Monday to Friday | 1:00pm – 6:00pm (1:00pm – 3:00pm Administration, 3:00pm – 6:00pm on the floor)

About the Role

AsCoordinatorof our Out of School Hours Care service atSt Mary’s School – Orange, you will:

Lead the day-to-day operations of a vibrant, welcoming OSHC service

Guide a passionate team of educators to deliver fun, engaging and high-quality care

Balance administration with hands-on time on the floor — supporting, inspiring and creating meaningful experiences for children

Selection Criteria

Relevant educational qualifications and leadership experience

Strong background in Early Childhood Care and Education (or similar)

Sound understanding of Education and Care Services National Regulations, National Quality Frameworks, My Time, Our Place Framework, and relevant legislation

Awareness of Workplace Health and Safety requirements and the Children and Young Person’s (Care and Protection) Act

Digital literacy, including Child Care Management Systems (for example, Hubworks)

Specific Requirements

Current Working with Children Check Clearance

Satisfactory Criminal Record Check

Eligibility to work in Australia
